Turn Towards Bliss
What you experience is only a habit of the senses — retrain them with intention
Consciousness Is Not Separate From Reality
When you look out at the world, how does your brain know know how to organize all the random noise of reality into a meaningful, conscious experience?
Look around — there are details hidden behind your current experience. If you look more closely at something, more details appear. Therefore, our experience of reality is not separate from our intentions.
What do you desire to experience? Intend to see a coffee cup, and an image of one comes to mind. Intend to see a physical coffee cup, and your mind will show you possible routes to getting one.
Therefore Your World Is (At Least Partially) A Habit
Are you always aware of your intentions? Probably not, that would be a tedious effort. Therefore the world appears predominantly external to you, as something outside yourself.
Most of our experience is the result of habits. It doesn’t need to be anybody’s fault for the world being the way it is. You can always resume the work of improving your habits.
