This is so full of wonderful advice! I like that you ended it with a little poem for contrast. That's something that bothers me about Medium-- since it rewards read time, lots of poems and blog posts seem to be made unnecessarily wordy. But I guess that's the nature of the platform and shorter poems are for instagram. I think it's the lesser evil, I would hate to see Medium try to cater to everyone.

I really liked your mention about the importance of titles! I knew their importance for blog posts, but I never thought about it with poetry. I will make a greater effort to consider my titles going forward!
