The Previous Age of Pisces

Whether you know it or not, our world has recently passed from the astrological Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius.

The Age of Pisces began with the birth of Christ. Two fish are its symbol, swimming around one another like Yin and Yang — Christ and Anti-Christ.

These opposing spiritual forces shaped the previous age. Christ represents man’s selfless striving to manifest heaven on Earth, while the Anti-Christ represents our selfish striving to become God ourselves, through power over the material world through science and war.

The climax of the Age of Pisces came with Nietzsche’s declaration that “God is dead,” and the two world wars that followed, and the establishment of the modern, soulless, money-centric matrix we call society. It appeared as though the Anti-Christ may have won out.

But as they say in Matrix: Resurrections, that’s the thing about stories — they never really end.

The Current Age of Aquarius

Aquarius is the water-bearer, pictured in the Zodiac as a youthful man pouring a jug of healing water onto the ground.
