Great article! I personally am a super anxious person. I haven’t fully solidified a proper lifting habit yet, but I do agree anecdotally that I always feel best on days when I have been lifting. Something about discharging strength makes me feel strong, and therefore able to deal with life’s scary things. Thanks for sharing!
