#1: “What You Are Is Where You Have Been. What You’ll Be Is What You Do Now.”

Everything that’s important is manifested in the present moment. The past is here, in the form of what’s leftover as you and your environment. The future is here, in the form of the actions you take now.

Spend less time stuck in the past or the future. They aren’t real. The things we call the past are just memories. The things we call the future are just projections. Both of these things are just thoughts.

Reality is what’s in front of us, right now.

#2: “Hatred Does Not Cease By Hatred, But Only By Love; This Is The Eternal Rule.”

If someone yelled at you, demanding something from you with no sense of compassion, would you listen to them? Maybe only out of fear. And living in fear is not fun.

Would yelling at them back help? I think it would only make them angrier and less helpful. It’s better to approach them with care. If they are still unreasonable, avoid them.
